Privacy Policy

The data Rocketic Arena needs, why it is used, and how to request deletion.

Updated August 26, 2026

1. Data we process

Rocketic ID provides a verified account subject and profile information required for sign-in. The platform stores a local profile, game nickname, preferences, gameplay statistics, tournament participation and security logs.

Guest telemetry is associated with a technical session identifier rather than Rocketic ID. Do not put secrets or personal data in a nickname, bio or chat.

2. Why we process it

Data is used for authentication, profiles and results, tournaments and lobbies, abuse prevention, troubleshooting and product improvement.

Umami and Yandex Metrica marketing analytics load only after consent. Operational reliability and security logs are processed separately because they are needed to run and protect the service.

3. Storage and recipients

Data is hosted in Rocketic infrastructure, including PostgreSQL, ZITADEL and private MinIO object storage. Payment details are entered with Ko-fi or Boosty under their terms; Rocketic Arena should not receive card numbers.

Retention follows account operation, dispute resolution and security needs. Rotating backups may take additional time to expire.

4. Your choices

Request access, correction or deletion through [email protected]. Account ownership must be verified through Rocketic ID.

Completed tournament records may be anonymized rather than removed where needed to preserve bracket integrity.
