Project Support and Refunds

Contributions are accepted on Ko-fi and Boosty. Price, currency, recurrence, tax, cancellation and refund details are displayed by that provider before payment and governed by its terms. Rocketic Arena does not store card details.

External payments do not currently activate game perks automatically. For manual verification, email [email protected] from the address associated with Rocketic ID and include the transaction identifier without bank details.

Future or “coming soon” features are not guaranteed as part of a current contribution. Support never grants damage, ranking or gameplay advantages.

Use Ko-fi or Boosty cancellation/refund tools first. If the provider directs you to the creator, contact support with the transaction identifier, date and reason. Requests are reviewed based on delivered service, provider rules and applicable law.

Never send a full card number, CVV, password or token.
